Frequently Asked Questions
We offer four creative services: video production, photography, animation, and graphic design. Often times our clients need multiple creative assets for a given project – such as a 60 second video, custom photos, and banner ads for a new product – so we provide all of that under one roof. We manage the entire process and our goal is to make every step as organized and streamlined as possible.
We have teams around the world, so wherever your project happens to be we can handle it. From Los Angeles to New York to Europe, South America, Asia, and beyond, we’ve carefully selected our network of 500+ creative teams to ensure that we work with the most talented people in the industry.
There are tons of variables for any given project, so our pricing is determined on a per-project basis. Feel free to reach out to us about pricing for your next project and one of our executive producers will work with our internal team to provide you with a custom quote. We can typically provide same-day pricing once we know the details of your project.
We typically offer two payment terms: 1) 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, or 2) 100% upfront. The payment terms usually depend on company preference, the scope of the project, and turnaround time. We’re happy to discuss options at the start of a new project as every company’s finance department is unique in how they operate.
There are several ways to start a project – you can click the “Start Now” button in the menu and fill out the info, or you can call, text, chat or email us with details about your project by visiting our Contact Page. Once we get your project details, one of our executive producers will reach out to you immediately to setup a quick call. If you’ve already worked with us, simply send an email to your executive producer and he or she will get back to you right away.
You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you’d like throughout the process. Many of our clients like us to take as much work off of their plate as possible, and we’re happy to do so. From concepts to scripts to planning and logistics to final deliverables and everything in between, we can handle everything internally without direction. However, we do encourage your input and operate in a very collaborative way which allows you to provide feedback during each step of the process if you’d like. Or, simply give us instructions at the beginning of the project and sit back and wait until the deliverables are ready for your approval.
Projects are managed in the cloud via our Google Workspace Enterprise account, where we store all of your files in neatly organized project folders in Google Drive. However, many of our clients have their own file storage services such as Box, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc. which we can also use to store your files. Let your executive producer know if your company has a dedicated file storage service you’d like us to use and we’ll setup new project folders on your platform.
Yes absolutely. Since all of our projects are cloud-based, you’ll always have access to the project folder which holds all of the files used to create your final product. For example, if we create a 60 second video for you, your project folder will have everything neatly organized inside – the script, footage, music, voice over, etc.
Turnaround times depend on the complexity of the project and the target date you need the final deliverable. We do our best to work as quickly as possible and quality work does take time. Please talk to one of our executive producers to get an estimated time frame for your next project.
Almost all projects come with two free change rounds where you’ll have the opportunity to share feedback from your team. We encourage feedback from every stakeholder for each change round, which helps increase the accuracy of each new version. If your company has additional levels of review – such as a legal team review – we can build that into the scope at the beginning of a new project. Once your included change rounds are used on a project, you can still make changes which will be billed hourly depending on the additional updates that are needed.
Yes absolutely, we offer package discounts on bulk projects or related projects that use similar assets. If you have a variety of projects or need multiple creative services at once, talk to one of our executive producers to see what discount options are available.
